First Things First: Where Should You Bring Your Alesis Product?

Step 1: Check If Your Product Is Under Warranty

Warranty Support Collection Points in Singapore

SEA Audio Music Hub has officially appointed two authorised service collection partners in Singapore to ensure proper handling, documentation, and smooth coordination.

(A) If You Purchased From TMW (The Music Works)

If your Alesis product was purchased from The Music Works, please return your unit directly to TMW.

TMW will:

  • Receive your unit
  • Record product and serial number details
  • Perform basic checks
  • Coordinate directly with SEA Audio Music Hub for warranty handling

(B) If You Purchased From Any Other Retailer

If your Alesis product was purchased from any retailer other than TMW, please bring your unit to Luther Music.

This includes purchases made through:

  • Other authorized retailers
  • Online platforms
  • Previous distributor arrangements, including purchases made during periods involving larger retail structures such as Swee Lee

Luther Music is an officially authorized Alesis service collection point and will:

  • Receive your unit safely
  • Record product condition and serial number
  • Perform basic verification
  • Transfer the unit to SEA Audio Music Hub for warranty coordination

This ensures all customers receive equal support, regardless of where the product was originally purchased.

What Happens After You Submit Your Unit?

Once your unit is submitted through TMW or Luther Music, the process is handled centrally:

  1. Your product details and reported issue are documented
  2. Basic inspection and verification are performed
  3. SEA Audio Music Hub coordinates logistics and repair handling
  4. Repairs are carried out through authorised channels
  5. You are updated once the service process is completed

This central coordination helps ensure consistent quality, clearer communication, and better accountability across all cases.

Out of Warranty Products: Important Notice

If your Alesis product is no longer under warranty, please note:

All out of warranty service cases are handled directly by Music Bliss Live Sound (SEA Musician’s Hub).

Please do not submit out of warranty units to TMW or Luther Music.
